Quick Set
If any book in the Document Assembly (Libraries & Books) screen is blank, you can quickly assign a new folder
to it without going through the Settings screen:
- Click on the blank line.
- A 'Quick Set' box and button will appear toward the
right side of the screen. Click it
- Follow the prompts. Make the appropriate selections
regarding the type of files (typically documents) that you
wish the book to represent.
- When prompted, navigate to the folder you wish to assign
as the new book. Select one item in the book (it
doesn't matter which one -- the selection is just to confirm
that you have finished navigating) and press 'OK".
