'Pathagorizing' Your Documents:
Testing
As you create and edit new forms for your
system, you will want to test them to make sure the result you get
is the result you intended.
If the form contains just bracketed variables,
running the Instant Database (‘Alt-D’) against the document will
accomplish the trick. (Just be sure if you make replacements, not to
save the document).
If you have populated the form with Options,
Optional and/or Repeats blocks, there are two ways to get Pathagoras
to process the document without having to actually create an actual
new document. Under the Pathagoras dropdown features menu, look for
the entry titled ‘Process.’ Click it and then click ‘Process Page.’
Even easier (but this assumes that you have at least one DropDown List pointing to a folder or glossary, click twice the button in the DropDown List section that
says “Process” (the first click toggles Process to Suppress, the
second click will restore it to Process and will in fact process any
Options, Optional and Repeats blocks.
