The Instant Database is a powerhouse tool when it comes to Content Control (in the same way it has earned that distinction even before we applied it to Content Control use.)

   The Instant Database can convert your documents exisiting variables to Content Controls in a split second. It scans the document for variables, deletes the variable and replaces it with an appropriate Content Control. The Title assigned to the Content Control is the original variable, brackets and all. If you hover over (or click-in) the Control, you will see that little has actually changed. (This is why we like Content Controls, but hate fields, which offer not guidance.

 

Pathagoras can generate a fancy Intake Forms automatically and directly from any Instant Database record.

Being an 'automatic' process, the steps are no different from creating an other Fancy Intake Form. Just indicate to Pathagoras that you want (1) a fancy form and (2) ask for client/customer/patient responses using Content Controls.
