'Pathagorizing' your documents.
The 'Create Variable' Assistant: The 'Create
Variable' Assistant is one of many tools that Pathagoras offers to
help you to 'Pathagorize' your documents. Using the 'Create
Variable' Assistant, you can highlight an existing piece of text (perhaps
the name
of a client or customer) and replace each appearance of the name in
the document with a variable,
adding [square brackets] to the new variable all in a single action.
Further, you can create Optional and Options text blocks
using the 'Create Variable' Assistant.
It is quite possible to 'Pathagorize' an entire document in a
matter of minutes using this very powerful tool.
To activate the 'Create
Variable' Assistant, simply click the Pathagoras features list and
select the 'Create Variable' Assistant entry. The CVA screen will
appear in the upper right corner of your screen. Highlight the text
you want to process, press a button on the CVA screen and follow the
prompts.
