'Pathagorizing' your documents.

    The 'Create Variable' Assistant:  The 'Create Variable' Assistant is one of many tools that Pathagoras offers to help you to 'Pathagorize' your documents. Using the 'Create Variable' Assistant, you can highlight an existing piece of text (perhaps the name of a client or customer) and replace each appearance of the name in the document with a variable, adding [square brackets] to the new variable all in a single action.

    Further, you can create Optional and Options text blocks using the 'Create Variable' Assistant.

    It is quite possible to 'Pathagorize' an entire document in a matter of minutes using this very powerful tool.

    To activate the Variable Creation Assistant, simply click down the Pathagoras features list and select the 'Create Variable' Assistant entry.
