Pathagoras Tip of the Week

    If you wish to rename documents in a folder, Word mandates that you do so one at a time. The process can actually be quite tedious. Pathagoras has a tool that makes the process easy.

    Using Pathagoras Names & Subjects editor, you can quickly rename documents within a selected folder to
     (1) comply with established naming conventions;

    (2) adopt the prefix/suffix naming style;

    (3) add a descriptive 'subject' as an additional identifier for each document;

    (3) remove illegal characters from document names in preparation for converting a folder of terms into a glossary.
