Document Assembly

Mouseless Assembly:  Pathagoras allows you to assemble documents using plain keyboard text typed directly onto the editing screen. Simply type the name of the document/clause  you wish brought into your screen. If the document is in one of the following locations, Pathagoras will find it and place a copy of the text in its place:

1. If the document you are requesting is "fully qualified" (i.e., a full drive letter. path and document name are provided, as with "c:\office forms\cover letter.doc"), only the specific document is sought and inserted.  If not found, the search ends.

2. If the name of the document follows the prefix/suffix naming convention, Pathagoras looks in the folder or glossary associated with that prefix. If not found there, the search continues.

3. In the position #1 book of the current library. If not found there, the search continues.

2. In the Super Folder, if assigned. If not found there, the search continues.

5. In the Super Glossary, if assigned. If not found there, the search ends, and 'not found' report is returned.
