You can create a MultiChoice list from a variety of simple setups. Here are the main ones:

From plain text: John Q. Adams/Thomas Jefferson/Abraham Lincoln/Richard M. Nixon/Gerald R. Ford/William J. Clinton

Separate the choices with slashes.

From a column of text:

E.g.:

John Q. Adams

Thomas Jefferson

Abraham Lincoln

Richard M. Nixon

Gerald R. Ford

William J. Clinton

From a single column table

Type each entry into a separate row of the table

John Q. Adams

Thomas Jefferson

Abraham Lincoln

Richard M. Nixon

Gerald R. Ford

William J. Clinton

From a two column table.

Place the 'alias' you want to use in the left column and the MultiChoices (separated by slashes) at the right. Here is an example
