You can create a MultiChoice list from a variety of simple setups. Here are the main ones:
•From plain text: John Q. Adams/Thomas Jefferson/Abraham Lincoln/Richard M. Nixon/Gerald R. Ford/William J. Clinton
Separate the choices with slashes.
•From a column of text:
E.g.:
John Q. Adams
Thomas Jefferson

•From a single column table
Type each entry into a separate row of the table

Regardless of the setup, to create the new alias,
•Highlight the list prepared as above.
•Click 'MultiChoice' in the Pathagoras Features | Authoring/Editing Tools.
•Select 'Insert Prepared List' from the options.
•Click Next.
•Provide a one or two word alias when asked.
