Installation:

Easy to install. Just like you said.
Easy to install, but didn't match your instructions..
Difficult to install.
Impossible to install.  I gave up. (please provide details in comment block below.

Instructions:

Except for the initial setup, the program is intuitive and I don't use the instructions any more.
I need to refer to your instructions frequently, but they are well written.
I need to refer to your instructions frequently, but the sometimes don't match the screen.

Actual Use:

The program works as expected.
There is something wrong in the PathSmart/SaveSmart module.
There is something wrong in the Document Assembly module.
There is something wrong, but I don't know where.
I have fallen and I can't get up.
