Source clauses are stored as regular Word documents. That being the case, you can readily access them using standard Word and "Explorer" techniques. Simply navigate to the document you wish to edit, open it and edit. You always in Word and all Word editing tools and rules apply.
Pathagoras provide two quick, direct, ways to access the clauses that are either a book in a library or a DropDown List. These techniques are especially useful when you either don't want to have to navigate to the source clauses, or don't remember where they are located.
To quickly open the folder (or glossary) containing the clauses in a particular book:
| 1. | Display the Libraries & Books screen. |
| 2. | Select from the left column the book containing the clauses you wish to edit. |
| 3. | From the white box that appears when you make the selection called for in 2, above, select the "Open Folder" or "Open Glossary" option. |
| 5. | Locate the term you wish to edit, and edit away. |
To quickly open the folder (or glossary) represented by a DropDown List
| 1. | Drop down list list and scroll to the bottom of the list. |
| 2. | Look for the entry that reads <Open Folder>. (or <Open Glossary>). |
| 4. | Locate the term you wish to edit, and edit away. |
