Bulk Add and Instant Book lead to identical ends, which is the creation of a folder of terms or a glossary of terms representing the component clauses of a formerly intact document. Which one you choose is simply operator preference. By the same token, whether you decide to create a folder of terms or a glossary is operator preference.
| • | Instant Book provides an easier path. Markups are quick and Pathagoras does most of the work. However, you must accept the prefix/suffix style for your clause names. (Prefix/suffix style names -- with the Subject providing the clause's purpose -- is a good thing. We thought we should at least advise you of the result, however.) |
| • | Bulk Add allows you more control over the term naming process. Because it is not as automated, many users feel more 'in control.' If you need to provide specific clause names (and do not wish to use the Prefix/Suffix style of names), select the Bulk Add method of document disassembly. |
| • | SaveSmart provides another simple method to disassembly a larger document into smaller sections. With SaveSmart, you can highlight a desired section of text from a 'whole' document and direct Pathagoras to save the highlighted portion out as a new document. (SaveSmart can only save new documents. It cannot add text directly into a glossary.) |
