Assigning a Prefix

If you have named the terms of a particular book using the Prefix/Suffix Naming style, and have shelved that book into the current library, you can create a permanent association between the prefix and the folder or glossary that houses the clauses using this tool. Simply click the Prefix tab and, on the appropriate line, type the 2, 3 or 4 character prefix. Click the <Assign> button. You can also view the current state of the Prefix table via this screen.
