'Super Folder!'
Not a bird. Not a plane. It's a
Super Folder!
A
Super Folder is a very cool tool that lets you instantly
recall a wide range of documents or clauses into your current document without
any navigation.
Just type the document or clause's name at the spot in your document
where you want it to be inserted. Press 'Alt-G' and Pathagoras does
the rest.
Instantly, and with
no navigation to the source, the
requested document/clause is inserted.
You can create a
Super Folder simply by designating any
existing Word folder on your system to play that role. (The
steps are outlined in the Help Manual. See link at left).
Once designated as the Super Folder, you
can call for a document from that Folder simply by typing its name followed by
the keyboard press of 'Alt-G'.
It just doesn't get any easier than that!
BONUS FEATURE: Pathagoras will look for the document you seek not only inside the designated
Super Folder, but (if not found there),
in all folders one level beneath the
Super Folder. This adds tremendous flexibility and depth to
your
search.
Click the link in the Help Manual References at the left to learn how to set up your own
SuperFolder.
