DropDown Lists (Switches):

Tree Service: You can convert any DropDown List from a 'single folder listing' to one that displays and allows you access to all subfolders beneath the main List's folder.

     Simply click the «Tree Service» entry at the bottom of the DropDown List. The List will redraw itself. Look for the sub-folders at the top of the newly redrawn list. Click up and down as needed to locate your document.

    (If you don't see «Tree Service», it is because the list is set to show the 'short' tools list. Look for, and then click, the «Show All Tools» item. Then click «Tree Service» from the redrawn List.)

    With Tree Service, you can have potential access to dozens of folders and thousands of documents without leaving your editing screen.
